At Sotrue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
