Yes, our products are formulated with dermatologically tested ingredients designed to be gentle yet effective. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Are your beauty products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Sotrue is committed to ethical beauty. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country.
